Executive Team

	Alan Pendergrass Owner, CEO Alan Pendergrass is the Owner/CEO of Pacific Patrol Services, responsible for the overall operation of the company. Since 2002 when Pacific Patrol Services had no employees, it has grown to over 85 full-time and 20 part-time officers.

	Michele Timfichuk President Michele Timfichuk is a graduate from the University of Montana with a degree in Sociology and emphasis in Criminology. During college, Michele gained valuable experience working as an armed security officer at the Missoula Federal Building. Michele has seven years of law enforcement experience with the Missoula County Sheriff's Office and the University of Montana Police Department.

	Adam Marengo Vice President Adam Marengo has years of experience in project management, managing and supervising personnel, including hiring/firing, supervision, and training. His tenure with Handi-Net, Inc., in Phoenix, AZ, proved his talent for business operations and employee supervision. He honed his communication skills, time management and other professional attributes as an Assistant Project Manager with Maxbilt, Inc.

	Jon Behrends Director of Business Development/Field Operations Jon Benrends has 11 years experience in retail business as a manager or supervisor and real estate sales. Through the years he has developed a keen understanding of business management practices, becoming an expert in customer relations. Jon's real estate experiences taught him how to survey and evaluate property and structures and deal with both buyers and sellers. His attention to detail has proven an invaluable asset for completing surveys and security threat analyses.
