Quality Before Quantity Our business model ensures we only seek out qualified applicants with the training, work ethic and background necessary to provide the customer service our clients expect. This starts with the right supervision.
To maintain our professional standing, our supervisors are skilled leaders and professionals who understand how to create quality environments. Each supervisor is responsible for the condition and needs of each client site or event, and our professionals who work there. They also set attainable goals and objectives, regular field observations, evaluations and an ongoing employee training and improvement plan.
Training, Training & More Training Quality service is not an accident. It’s a result of top-notch, ongoing preparation. Our hiring processes identity quality applicants. Our training program develops them into the professional security officers you expect from Pacific Patrol Services.
Each new officer completes our New Hire Training Program, developing into professional security officers. They then remain up-to-date, improving their skills and customer service through ongoing training and supervisor input. With more than 70 hours of initial training, Pacific Patrol Services' New Hire Training Program far exceeds the State of Oregon's mandated requirement of 12 hours for Certified Security Professionals.
Certified Armed Security Officers Pacific Patrol Services armed security officers must have a minimum of three years law enforcement experience as sworn police officers. Our stringent standards ensure safety and quality everywhere our certified security officers go. With our background checks, drug testing and more, every one of our professionals upholds the highest Pacific Patrol Services standards and practices.
